How do I add an entity to My CAVUnity?
Click on one of the empty slots within My CAVUnity.
Provide the name of desired entity within the text field and then click 'Search'.
All matching entities will appear below the search field.
If you do not see the desired entity within search results, you can search and invite someone from that entity to join CAVU and provide their employer's plan year information.
Click on the Add button for the desired entity.
The selected entity will now appear within My CAVUnity.
If the entity's plan year information is completed and available for reporting, it will appear with a check-mark as demonstrated in the image above.
If the entity's plan year information is incomplete or expired, the entity will appear with an exclamation point as shown in the image below.
You may add up to 5 entities to My CAVUnity. If My CAVUnity is full, you will need to first remove an entity before you may add a new entity.
